Resume by Lily operates via the Internet. Our communication with clients is done through text, phone calls, and e-mail messages. This is the most practical, convenient, and efficient method to serve our clients.
How will you send my final and approved resume copy? Will I have any compatibility issues when opening the document?
Your final and approved resume will be sent in MS Word or .doc and PDF to ensure you are able to open your document.
Do you have a resume update service, even for minor modifications only?
Your resume purchase comes with 2 available revisions prior to completion and delivery of your final draft, however, if you require any modifications past that point, revision services will be made available upon request for an additional fee per revision.
How soon will I get my resume?
You will receive your first draft 10 business days after concluding the resume branding and strategy call. After carefully reviewing it, you can either choose to receive the final draft or ask for a revision.
Do you recommend industry-generic resumes?
The short answer is no. A resume should be custom made to target your desired jobs and specific career path.
Can you write a resume for career changers?
We can take your current relevant skills and highlight them in your resume to showcase any and all transferable skills that will qualify you for the position you want.
Can I talk to my resume writer?
Yes, we encourage communication through this process and are happy to work with clients via telephone, e-mail, and text.
I’m not yet 100% satisfied with the resume written for me. If I want to have it revised, can it be accommodated?
We put a premium on customer satisfaction, which is why we are happy to grant you 2 revisions up to two weeks after your resume has been delivered thus ensuring you are fully satisfied with your new resume.
